Build tracks for Rocket Racing Reborn

Rocket Racing shuts down in October 2026, and we are keeping it playable on our own servers. Once Epic stops shipping tracks, the community becomes the content pipeline: every new layout this game ever gets will come from volunteers building in UEFN. This is where you become one of them.

Free, volunteer run, reviewed by hand

The deal

What you get, and the one thing we ask

The editor

UEFN through Meridian

Meridian, our free launcher, gets you into the Unreal Editor for Fortnite pipeline we build tracks with. No hunting for builds and no setup folklore, the launcher handles it.

The toolchain

The preserved 30.40 toolchain

Rocket Racing Reborn runs the preserved 30.40 build, and your tracks target exactly that. What you test against is what players race on, not a moving target.

The people

A small team that reviews everything

Every track is played, reviewed and shipped by a person you can talk to. You are never uploading into a void, and feedback comes from someone who has raced your layout.

What we ask

Original work only

You bring your own track work. We do not redistribute Epic's assets, and we do not ship anything the team has not reviewed. That line is what keeps the project alive.

Getting started

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Apply

Tell us what you want to build and where we can see your work, on this site. A person reads every application and answers every one of them by email.

  2. We talk

If it looks like a fit, someone from the team reaches out, usually on Discord. We walk through how track work is reviewed and get you set up.

  3. Build

You build in UEFN through Meridian, against the preserved 30.40 build the game actually runs. Iterate, test, ask questions, the team races what you make.

  4. Ship, together

Submission is manual today. A self-serve publish pipeline does not exist yet, so when a track is ready, a maintainer cooks and ships it with you. We would rather say that plainly than draw you a button that is not there.

Rocket Racing Reborn is a non-commercial preservation project by Vision Force. It is not affiliated with Epic Games, and nothing in the creator programme is paid work.
